F.O.R.T.E. Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Zynthr Technologies, LLC (“Zynthr,” “we”) handles personal information in the F.O.R.T.E. apps and online services (the “Services”). For the zynthrtechnologies.com website, see the website Privacy Policy.
Who we are and what this covers
You use the Services through an organization that has an agreement with Zynthr (your “organization”). For information in your organization’s account, we act on its behalf, and its own privacy notice also applies.
Information we collect
We collect only what the Services need to work, and all of it is tied to your account.

Speech-to-text happens on your device. Your voice is not sent to us; only the resulting text is.
Information we don’t collect
The Services do not track you, and our apps contain no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools.
- No tracking or advertising. We don’t use your device’s advertising ID, and we don’t follow you across other apps or websites.
- No usage analytics. We don’t record which screens you open or how long you stay.
- No contacts, health, financial or browsing data. The app doesn’t read your address book, health data, payment details or browsing history.
- Nothing from your phone’s other apps. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to take or attach a photo or video.
How we use it
We use your information only to provide the Services to you and your organization. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
- To provide the Services, including your account, sign-in, and the records your organization needs.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent misuse.
- To send the notifications and messages you or your organization set up.
- To analyze photos with automated tools; a person decides what happens next.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Who can see it and who we share it with
Your information is available to your organization and the people it authorizes, and to Zynthr staff only when needed to support the Services.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only for that purpose:

We also share information when the law requires it, to protect people’s safety, or as part of a merger or sale of Zynthr, with notice to you. We never sell personal information.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
We store data in Microsoft Azure data centers in the United States.
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and strict access controls, to protect your information.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will tell your organization and, where the law requires, you.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as your organization needs it, and no longer than our agreement with it allows.

Your choices and rights
You can see, correct and delete your information in the app.
- See and correct: your profile is in the app under Account.
- Delete your account: Account → Delete my account. We remove your sign-in and your profile. Any records your organization must keep will remain, without your contact details.
- Ask for a copy or anything else: Account → Privacy request, or email info@zynthr.ai.
- Notifications: choose what you get, and how, in the app’s notification settings.
- Camera, microphone, and photos: allow or stop access at any time in your device’s settings.
Depending on where you live, the law may give you more rights, such as getting a copy of your information or limiting how it is used. We answer within the time the law sets. If your request is about your organization’s records, we may pass it to your organization, which decides.
Children, changes and contact
- Children: the Services are for adults. They are not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
- Changes: we will post any change here with a new effective date and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect.
